Fij are a band of two members (George Kafka & Nick "Fij" Fitzgerald) from south west London, they have been making music for four and a half years and are an electronic, indie, pop band who use beats and synths to make music. They are also heavily based around fast pace lyrics. Their main influences are from artist jamie T and band The XX
The song we have chosen to use is called 'One More Year' and is from the EP they are currently producing called ‘One More Year’.http://www.unsigned.com/fij
The band have also been involved with BBC introducing on BBC Radio London. Fij were interviewed about their style, influences, life and music. We found out that our track of choice 'One More Year' was written about the what the boys get up to in last year together before they all head off to uni.
