Editing:
The entire video has been put in reverse (taking him back to the start) it take you from the end of a crash to the begining and shows and talks of reflection and regret.
Shots:
There are a range of shots making which when reversed look very effective.
Mise-en-scene:
The main prop used is the car for the crash, this shot would have been planned very carefully and taken form many angles as they only had one attempt. The shot works very well in reverse slow motion.
